Care for the caregiver and connection with the relationship as it shifts through illness, recovery, and a life with a condition which, as of yet, has no cure.
LeAnna is a nutrition counselor, and artist. She has over 25 years of experience working with people on their health. LeAnna has gained much insight into the no nonsense approach to achieving fitness goals and natural healing using food as medicine. She is certified in herbology, massage therapy and reiki energy work and has been caregiver to both of her parents, and is now caregiver to her spouse. She focuses her work now on care for the caregiver, bring a positive spirit to health and healing.
Chad is an aspiring chef, a creative thinker, and empath. Every day he approaches life with determination to make things better for his family. Being an empath, Chads ability to hear beyond words and make sense of chaotic situations is a daily challenge. Living with epilepsy and bi-polar disorder, Chad finds the natural approach more successful and strives to help others around him learn to heal one step at a time.
Homesteading on rural land in Arizona, building a home, growing their own food, making a living from the land, and being completely self sufficient while learning every day how to live with disability and still achieve your dreams, they are on the path to live under their own stars!
